White Star Computers was set up as a small family business in response to a growing local demand for friendly professional IT service at affordable prices. We are based in Lockerbie in the borders of Scotland, and since our beginnings in 2000 have built up a solid core of business and domestic customers which continue to grow in number as we expand to meet this demand.
A large part of our success is attributable to our personal customer service and experienced staff. Our engineers have a range of expertise which covers Microsoft Windows 2000 & 2003 Server based networks, wireless networking, network security and protocol found in the business environment, as well as the many and varied problems encountered by domestic users.

White Star Computers staff work to the principle of working closely with clients to find their needs and providing an economical solution for there business. We work hard to ensure our customers understand clearly what their options are so they can make the right choices with their budget.
Equally important is the ongoing support. We have an excellent support record as can been seen by the number of long standing clients, and strive to service our clients needs as quickly as possible and with minimal disturbance to their business operation. For local customer the callout times are generally within a few hours, with many support calls being handled by remote access by our engineers, saving both time and money.
